Our mission at Woodville High School, in partnership with parents and community, is to provide all students equal educational opportunities, and to empower them to be responsible citizens by instilling a sense of accountability, through teaching the values of self-worth, responsible citizenship, and respect for authority.

Woodville HOSA is going to Nationals!

WHS HOSA

Woodville High School’s Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) recently competed at the State Leadership Conference in San Antonio accompanied by their advisor, Angela Hollingsworth. Among the thousands of competitors, Alexandria (AJ) Faust and Brooke Brown successfully bring home medals. AJ competed in the event of Extemporaneous Health Poster and placed 3rd. This event requires tremendous artistic ability as well as knowledge of health related topics. AJ now advances to the National Competition June 20 – 23^rd in Orlando, FL. Brooke, competing in the event of Clinical Specialty and placing 4^th, spent numerous hours researching and learning the skills of a Pharmacist. Local pharmacist, George Jarrott provided insight and training to help Brooke in preparation for this event. We would like to thank Mr. Jarrott for his time and support to the school and community. We congratulate both of these students for their tremendous accomplishments!
