As a courtesy to our community, the Woodville Independent School District will provide information about community events, opportunities and organizations that the public may find useful. Woodville ISD neither endorses or sponsors the organizations or activities represented in the material. Submissions must abide by all Woodville ISD policies and requires approval of the Superintendent. Requests for advertisements from for-profit organizations will not be considered.
The information will be published as a Community Bulletin Board item under the "News or Live Feed" (amount of information, attachments, links etc. effects which outlet) section of the district website, mobile app and social media accounts. This method will be much more efficient in reaching parents and interested community members and will replace the distribution of hard copy materials.
Please follow the steps below to submit a request:
- Requests must be in writing (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring to the administration office)
- Individual/organization contact name and phone number must be provided with event/opportunity details
- Brochures, flyers, registration forms or links to your organization's website may be included
