Tomorrow is Halloween and time to Trick or Treat. Thankfully, the rain is going to hold off but we will have cold weather. Please make sure your child dresses warm. Gloves would be good to send to keep their hands warm. We will post pictures of the trick or treat adventure.

Last day to turn in trick or treat permission form is tomorrow, October 30th.

Red Ribbon Week

Today for the Farm Fresh Challenge, WISD is featuring Texas Hill Country peaches and watermelons. The Elementary School Cafeteria is serving fresh, juicy peaches while the High School Cafeteria is offering bowls of sweet watermelon. #FarmFreshTexas

This evening is our PTO fundraiser to raise money for new playground equipment at Whataburger from 5-8 pm. Please support the campus by dining out today. From 5-8, Whataburger will donate 25% of sales from both drive through and dive in. Please share with friends and family!!

WISD continues the Farm Fresh Challenge; today we spotlight apples! Apples are the most popular fruit in the United States. In the cafeteria today students will enjoy fresh delicious Gala apples grown in the Texas Hill Country. #FarmFreshTexas


WISD is participating in the Texas Dept of Agriculture's Farm Fresh Challenge so kids can learn where their food comes from, the benefits of fresh foods and the importance of supporting our local agricultural economy. #FarmFreshTexas

Woodville I.S.D. mourns the loss of a dear friend and colleague, Reggie Williams. A long-time educator and coach, Reggie was an integral part of our school family whom we all loved and respected. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd at noon at the Eagle Summit Auditorium. Out of respect for Reggie and his family and to ensure all students and staff are able to attend and pay their last respects, Woodville I.S.D. will not have school on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. He will be greatly missed and our heartfelt thoughts and prayers continue to go out to his family and friends. Please see the attached document for complete details.
