On Tuesday, January 23rd Woodville ISD will hold a roll out meeting for the new Woodville Academy to Certify Teachers program (Woodville ACT). This meeting is open to the public as well as current staff who are interested in a career path that will lead to becoming a certified teacher at Woodville ISD. The meeting will be held at the Woodville High School Library from 4pm-5pm. Anyone interested in learning more about the program and its benefits are encouraged to attend.
Woodville ISD will resume our regular schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17th. All buses will run at regular time and breakfast will be served.
Due to more precipitation than expected, which leads to more dangerous road conditions Woodville ISD is canceling school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16. We are planning a regular start for Wednesday morning. Should any changes need to be made, we will update by 6 o'clock tomorrow evening.
The basketball games are in Huntington as originally scheduled, just to clarify.

Due to increasing weather concerns, Woodville ISD has made the decision to delay the start of school on Tuesday, January 16th until 9:50. Buses will run 2 and a half hours later than usual and no breakfast will be served. Students may be dropped off no earlier than 9:35. If changes to this are necessary, we will update everyone via website, social media and our emergency alert system.
Woodville ISD would just like to reiterate that we are aware of the arctic blast and possible adverse weather conditions predicted for our area early next week. We will stay informed and continually monitor those conditions over the holiday weekend. Currently, we plan to resume classes Tuesday morning on a regular schedule. Any decision to delay or cancel school will be made by 6 pm on Monday, we will utilize our website, social media and emergency notification system at that time if necessary.
