The Beaumont Foundation of America has selected its 2024 recipients for the Wayne A. Reaud Excellence in Education Award. Teachers are chosen each year to receive this prestigious award in recognition of their contributions as educators. in Southeast Texas. Each Award Recipient will be honored at an awards gala on May 14 and will receive a crystal obelisk, a portrait, and a significant financial award. Congratulations to Mrs Krystal. We are so proud and excited for WHS's auto body collision repair class. Under the guidance of Mr. Jesus Prieto (Chuy), the class has been working on restoring this vintage pickup. They were chosen (from hundreds of student groups statewide) to attend the Texas Association of School Boards Governance Camp being held in Galveston over the next couple days. They will have the opportunity to showcase and discuss the skills they are learning. This is a statewide conference attended by school board members from districts all across Texas. "Eagle 1" is headed out!!!!
