Districts, educators, community leaders and industry partners were recognized for their contributions and impact towards creating opportunities for learners and strengthening rural communities.
We just wanted to share this once more, this will be the plan for this evening's ceremony. Please come prepared, bring a towel or blanket to sit on, the stadium seats may be wet!
We are excited to confirm that our graduation ceremony will proceed at the stadium as originally planned. Based on the most recent forecasts, conditions seem to be favorable for our timeline that evening. Please note that we will continue to monitor the weather. Should unsafe conditions force a last-minute change, full contingency plans are in place to ensure a safe celebration. Any changes will be communicated immediately via social media and our website. Thank you for your flexibility as we aim to include and accommodate everyone who wishes to celebrate and honor our seniors.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move indoors to the school auditorium at the Summit, at 8:00 PM. Because of indoor seating capacities, each graduate will be issued 9 tickets for their guests to attend inside the auditorium. To ensure that everyone can still celebrate together, any additional guests without a ticket are warmly invited to join us in the gymnasium. This space will feature a live stream of the entire ceremony on a large screen so no one misses a moment.
We will make a final decision as soon as the weather timeline becomes clearer and will notify everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your flexibility and support as we prepare to celebrate our graduates!
