Good News! We have adjusted the calendar for this year so that we will end school for students on Thursday, May 21st at 12:30. So Thursday is now an early release for students and they do not have to come on Friday, May 22nd. We are able to do this because we did not use up all our instructional minutes with school delays or cancellations

Congratulations Woodville ISD's 2025-2026 "Teachers of the Year"!
These ladies go above and beyond, they don't just teach a subject; they teach human beings. They have this incredible ‘radar’ for the days when a student is struggling, even if that student is trying their best to hide it. They know when to push, because they see potential that hasn't been discovered yet, and they know when to offer a kind word because they understand that life happens outside the classroom, too.

That's the way the cookie CRUMBL's! Woodville ISD staff received a sweet treat to kick off spring break courtesy of the boss and a little help from Garrett and Izzie with CRUMBL cookies (Beaumont and Huntsville franchises) . Thank you Garrett and Izzie for helping our superintendent make such a special delivery.

Out of an abundance of caution for the safety our students and staff, Woodville ISD is canceling classes for Monday, 1-26-2026 and monitoring weather conditions for Tuesday. Woodville ISD is currently monitoring weather conditions for potential impacts on school schedules. The district coordinates with local Emergency Management personnel and area superintendents to evaluate conditions; decisions are based on road conditions (ice/snow/sleet) or utility outages (power/heat/water) rather than temperature alone. The district will announce any changes to school hours for Monday (delays or cancellations) by 6:00 PM Sunday evening via: Woodville ISD's website, Facebook page and our Emergency Notification System.

Woodville ISD will have an early release at 1:00 on Friday, November21st, due to the distance of Friday night's playoff football game. This will allow our bus drivers enough time to get all students delivered home before reloading and transporting those involved in Friday night's game to Rusk. Come out and support our Eagles and we hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!
