We are excited to confirm that our graduation ceremony will proceed at the stadium as originally planned. Based on the most recent forecasts, conditions seem to be favorable for our timeline that evening. Please note that we will continue to monitor the weather. Should unsafe conditions force a last-minute change, full contingency plans are in place to ensure a safe celebration. Any changes will be communicated immediately via social media and our website. Thank you for your flexibility as we aim to include and accommodate everyone who wishes to celebrate and honor our seniors.

As graduation approaches, we are closely monitoring the local weather forecast to ensure a safe and memorable celebration for the Class of 2026. If the weather remains clear, the ceremony will proceed as originally planned at Eagle Stadium at 8:00 PM, and no guest tickets will be required for entry.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move indoors to the school auditorium at the Summit, at 8:00 PM. Because of indoor seating capacities, each graduate will be issued 9 tickets for their guests to attend inside the auditorium. To ensure that everyone can still celebrate together, any additional guests without a ticket are warmly invited to join us in the gymnasium. This space will feature a live stream of the entire ceremony on a large screen so no one misses a moment.
We will make a final decision as soon as the weather timeline becomes clearer and will notify everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your flexibility and support as we prepare to celebrate our graduates!

Last week was staff appreciation week at Woodville ISD! We did something a little different and had so much fun with it! Every employee received a gift card, what made it a little extra special was we did it "grab bag style", amounts and merchants varied, but everyone got a special surprise!

Behind every safe journey and every well-run facility is a team of dedicated professionals working tirelessly behind the scenes. Today, we’re celebrating our transportation, maintenance and custodial departments! From keeping our fleet on the road to ensuring our buildings are safe and functional, these folks are the backbone of everything we do.
To our drivers, monitors, mechanics, custodians, and maintenance workers,: thank you for your hard work, your expertise, and your commitment to excellence. We literally couldn’t do it without you!
Next time you see a member of the crew, give them a high-five or a "thank you!"

Today we’re shining a light on the incredible support staff who keep our school running smoothly—from office staff, paraprofessionals, nurses, diagnosticians, speech language therapists, librarians, technology, business office personnel, school resource officers and more, there are so many unsung heroes!
Your dedication, kindness, and hard work often happen behind the scenes, but your impact is felt everywhere. You show up with compassion and heart every single day.
Thank you for making our campuses safe, supportive, and welcoming. We truly couldn't do it without you!

We all had that ONE teacher who changed everything. Maybe they sparked a love for science, or maybe they were just the first person to truly listen. Today we celebrate the one who does it all: the mentor, the cheerleader, and the life-changer. Education is about more than just textbooks; it’s about the people who inspire us to keep turning the pages.
They say education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world. Thank you for being the person who hands us that power every single day. Big shoutout to the teachers who show up every day to build a better future. You are appreciated!

Good News! We have adjusted the calendar for this year so that we will end school for students on Thursday, May 21st at 12:30. So Thursday is now an early release for students and they do not have to come on Friday, May 22nd. We are able to do this because we did not use up all our instructional minutes with school delays or cancellations

Congratulations Woodville ISD's 2025-2026 "Teachers of the Year"!
These ladies go above and beyond, they don't just teach a subject; they teach human beings. They have this incredible ‘radar’ for the days when a student is struggling, even if that student is trying their best to hide it. They know when to push, because they see potential that hasn't been discovered yet, and they know when to offer a kind word because they understand that life happens outside the classroom, too.
