WHS Meet the Teacher Masks will be required by anyone over the age of 10 entering the building. Please bring ID as all visitors will be checked in via the RAPTOR system. Schedules can be picked up at Meet the Teacher. Schedule change forms will be available. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 schedule changes will be limited. Schedule change forms will be the only acceptable way to change classes. Phone calls and emails will be disregarded. Commitment forms will also be available. Please turn those in ASAP so that online learners can be ready to go on the first day of school.

Athletic physicals will be Thursday, July 30 at the Summit beginning at 9 am. The cost is $25.00, all incoming 7th, 9th and 11th graders will need physicals. Contact Coach Lajoie at brianna.lajoie@woodvilleeagles.org if you plan to attend or have any questions.

TxConnect Parent Portal moves to Ascender Parent Portal!!!!!! The Woodville I.S.D. Ascender Parent Portal will be available for parent access and use beginning July 27th. Parents/guardians of RETURNING Woodville ISD students will receive a letter in the mail that contains their student's Portal ID. After receiving the letter parents of RETURNING students can use the link to access the Ascender site. It will be necessary for all "new" parent portal users to set up a new account by clicking on the "New User" link and following the registration instructions. If you already have a Parent Portal account, it is NOT necessary to create an account, your information remained the same from last year. If you have trouble opening your current account, you will need to verify your email for contacts at your child's campus. Your email address must be the same entered on your child's registration information. Due to changes in registration procedures, all students must pre-register for the 2020-2021 school year. Registration deadline is August 7.

Woodville ISD just released a survey via all our social media outlets asking for input from parents in regards to back to school 2020-2021. The deadline to complete the survey is Thursday, 7-16-2020 at noon. We want your input!

Thank you for turning in textbooks, calculators and library books! We need to account for as many items as possible so we will be ready for next year! If you have anything at home that looks like this, please bring it to the high school office between 8am-5pm, Mon.-Thurs.

The Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer, or P-EBT, application is open. P-EBT is for children who received SNAP food benefits for March 2020 and for children who are certified for free or reduced school meals during the 2019-2020 Texas school year. Beginning Monday, June 1st, summer hours for all WISD offices (administration office and campuses) will be Monday-Thursday 8:00 - 4:00.

WISD will begin summer feeding on June 1 serving curbside only at the Elementary and High School. Serving times will be Mon & Wed 10:30-Noon. On Mon. you will receive a breakfast and lunch for Mon. and Tues. On Wed. you will receive a breakfast and lunch for Wed, Thurs. and Fri.

Over the last couple of weeks workers with the City of Woodville have been busy putting up WISD Senior banners. We would not have been able to make this happen without their help! THANK YOU!!!!! Enjoy donuts and kolaches on us.

Today is the last day to turn in textbooks, calculators and library books. The high school will be open 8am-12pm.

‼Seniors 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓‼ You can decorate your graduation 🎓cap!!🎓 Your decorations must be flat on the top of your cap and be school appropriate!

Turn them in by May 20th!!

Students will be allowed on campus May 13-22 to clean out lockers and return items. Textbooks, calculators and library books should be turned in by May 20.
