Yearbook Needs Your Pictures!!

FROM COACH DIGGLES
With so much going on right now, and a lot of uncertainty if things will go back to normal our senior softball players have lost an important part of their season. A great group of leaders that come in each day ready to work and get better. This is a group that was coming together and really understanding what it is to have a team and playing for the person next to you. Willing to sacrifice themselves for the betterment of the team. Playing with intensity, passion, focus and all the “Little Things” that were leading to our success. It’s a lot going on that is taking everyone from their normal routines, I’m hoping this Senior Spotlight will bring a little light in.
🥎Our SENIOR SPOTLIGHT for today
🥎🥎Captain #5 Reagan Smith🥎🥎
🎶🎶 Walk-Up Song- Sum to prove “I’ll never be last”
🎥 Fav Movie:
I love almost every movie I watch, but if I had to pick a favorite it would have to be “home”, 10 out of 10 recommend:)
📝 Fav Quote:
“Those who leave everything in God’s hands, will eventually see God’s hands in everything.”
⭐️ Fav Professional Athlete:
My favorite professional athlete would have to be Alex Bregman. He’s determined to win & is great at what he does.
🥎🥎🥎How Long Have I Played Softball?
I started playing softball when I was old enough for T-ball. Those were the days:)
🥎🥎🥎Fav Part of the Game:
My favorite part of the game has to be when you're playing a tough team & you finally get the lead at the end of the game to win. The intensity is up, your adrenaline is pumping, everyone’s yelling & beating on anything we can find, & we are playing a great game to the best of our ability. Those games will NEVER get old.
💃 🎤 My Fav Memory:
My favorite memory has gotta be on the bus on the way home from our Hemphill game, Dove gave us all a dancing/ singing concert. I cried laughing
🥎🥎🥎What You’ll Miss the Most:
I’ll definitely miss the practices the most. Some were fun & some were straight hell, but after a bad day at school or even a good day at school, being on that field is the best way anyone could finish their day.
🏫 Plans After Graduation:
Well if Miss Corona lets us graduate, I plan on attending Angelina College to continue my softball career & work towards a major in elementary school education:)
👵🏼👵🏼Advice to Younger Players:
My advice to younger players would be to make every second count. Every practice, every bus ride, every win, & every loss. None of us seniors ever imagined having our year taken away from us so quickly, but it happened, and it could happen to anyone. Play every game like your butts on fire. & play every game like it’s your last.
We 💛💛 you, Reagan!! 🦅
