September Employee of the Month is Krystal Hayes!!
Mrs. Hayes has earned TEA distinction in mathematics and works hard in the classroom where she is well liked and respected! Mrs. Hayes volunteers to sponsor Interact and Student Council. Teachers say she is, "the best co-worker ever"!! Congratulations Mrs. Hayes!


Today for the Farm Fresh Challenge, WISD is featuring Texas Hill Country peaches and watermelons. The Elementary School Cafeteria is serving fresh, juicy peaches while the High School Cafeteria is offering bowls of sweet watermelon. #FarmFreshTexas

Congratulations to Kayla Haskett who was the Grand Champion winner in the Miscellaneous Craft division at the Tyler County Fair.

WISD is participating in the Texas Dept of Agriculture's Farm Fresh Challenge so kids can learn where their food comes from, the benefits of fresh foods and the importance of supporting our local agricultural economy. #FarmFreshTexas
