April Employee of the Month is Kerri Reagan! Ms. Reagan is a great teacher who always goes above and beyond. "She makes it easy to grasp concepts when she explains the lesson. She is always here and is overall an amazing teacher!" Ms. Reagan loves WHS and the students here and is very helpful to her coworkers. Her friendly, positie outlook helps make WHS a great place to work. Ms. Reagan teaches English III, sponsors the yearbook and heads the Student of the Week and Hospitality committees. Congratulations, Ms. Reagan!

Student of the Week for May 13-17th
WHS is proud to honor Sophomore Josh Sylestine as our Student of the Week for May 13-17th.
Josh is a kind, quiet, and hard working student. He is always helpful in class to both his teachers and classmates. Josh is always the first to volunteer to help his teachers whatever the task may be and always shows the upmost respect to everyone he comes in contact with. He always works hard and gives his very best no matter the assignment. Josh is a proud member of the Alabama Coushatta Tribe of Texas where he stays busy with activities throughout the year.

Mandatory Parent Dual Credit Orientation Meeting


Eagle Theatre is presenting "Alice in Wonderland" Friday, May 10 at 7:00 PM at the Eagle Summit. Tickets will be sold at the door for $5.00. We hope to see you there!

Student of the Week for May 6-10, 2019
WHS is proud to honor Junior Hannah Daily as our Student of the Week for May 6-10th. Hannah is a quiet but amazing leader around our campus.
She always has a positive outlook on things, whatever the task may be and she gives 100% in all that she does. She is dependable, helpful to others and has a grateful heart. She is very involved in our FFA program here at WHS where she is FFA Chapter President and the McGee Bend District FFA Secretary. During the year she exhibits Brahman heifers, steers, market swine, market goats, and market lambs, which requires lots of work and hours of dedication. Hannah is also class Historian, a member of our WHS Student Council, and a member of Interact Club. She balances all of this while maintaining her rank as top ten percent in her class. She is a wonderful asset to our campus and we are very proud to honor her as our Student of the Week.
